Company Overview

Glow Ethio-Turkiye Skincare & Aesthetic Center is a healthcare entity dedicated to ensuring the supply of safe, effective, and high-quality medicines and medical devices in Ethiopia. We are currently seeking a highly qualified and professional Technical Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical and medical device supply chain operations in accordance with the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Manager will perform his/her duties autonomously to ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of all products. Core duties include:

• Operational Management: Monitoring all service-related information and documents and managing the stock and out-of-stock distribution system.

• Regulatory Compliance: Complying with and implementing national directives, including Good Storage Practice (GSP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and Good Documentation Practice.

• Quality Control: Controlling the safety, efficacy, and quality of medicines and medical devices throughout the supply management system.

• Staff Leadership: Preparing job descriptions for all professionals within the organization and providing training on product safety and performance.

• Reporting: Promptly notifying the Authority of any safety, efficacy, or quality issues, including adverse reactions or quality defects.

• Technical Oversight: Maintaining the key to the narcotic and psychotropic medicine cabinet and ensuring the proper disposal of unfit medical products.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Applicants must meet the following EFDA-mandated criteria:

• Educational Background: BSC in Pharmacy

• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in the field. Direct experience in medicines and medical equipment import processes.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid and current Professional License.

• Professional Integrity: Must provide a resignation/clearance letter from their previous employer and have no history of professional suspension.

Personal Requirements

• Commitment to maintaining personal hygiene and wearing appropriate professional attire (including a name badge).

• Ethical conduct in the handling of regulated substances and confidential documentation.
