Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable mid-level technician to install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, security solutions, and basic network infrastructure. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in English while supporting both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP and analog cameras, DVR/NVR)
• Set up and troubleshoot security systems, including access control, biometric systems, and alarms
• Configure and maintain basic network systems (routers, switches, IP addressing, cabling)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across CCTV, security, and network systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
• Provide user support and basic training to clients or internal teams
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when needed

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in CCTV, security systems, or networking
• Strong knowledge of:
  • CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, etc.)
  • Access control & alarm systems
  • Networking basics (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
