In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them navigate travel opportunities and visa requirements. Your primary goal is to convert leads into appointments or sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential leads via cold calling and follow-ups.

• Consultative Selling: Explain travel packages, visa processes, and documentation requirements clearly to clients.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volumes and monthly sales/conversion targets.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience specifically within a Travel Agency or Visa Consultancy firm.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
