Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience : Minimum of 7 years
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects.
Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using digital tools.
Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to obtain accurate pricing and technical inputs.
Benchmark costs against historical data and current market trends.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in accordance with standard measurement methods.
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for completeness and competitiveness.
Participate in tender clarification meetings and value engineering exercises.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender instructions, and internal governance.
