Job Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience : Minimum of 7 years

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects.

• Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using digital tools.

• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.

• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to obtain accurate pricing and technical inputs.

• Benchmark costs against historical data and current market trends.

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in accordance with standard measurement methods.

• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for completeness and competitiveness.

• Participate in tender clarification meetings and value engineering exercises.

• Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender instructions, and internal governance.
