JOB OVERVIEW

Fila Motors is looking for a results-driven Tender & Key Account Officer to manage tender opportunities, develop key accounts, and drive institutional and corporate sales growth. We are looking for a commercially minded professional with strong tender management, business development, negotiation, customer relationship, and analytical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and monitor tender, corporate, institutional, and key-account sales opportunities.

• Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of tender documents and commercial proposals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales follow-ups.

• Maintain an accurate tender, key-account, and sales opportunity pipeline.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer fulfillment.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Prepare regular tender, key-account, and sales performance reports.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in tender management, key account management, sales, or business development.

• Preferred Background: Automotive, vehicle, fleet, or corporate sales experience is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Good understanding of tender processes and commercial documentation.
