Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and identify new business opportunities and public or private tenders daily through online procurement portals, tracking platforms, and industry publications.
Manage the end-to-end bidding process, coordinating the lifecycle of a tender from initial evaluation and risk assessment to the final submission.
Compile, review, and organize all required bidding documentation, including legal papers, financial statements, experience certificates, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with internal departments—such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams—to gather accurate pricing data and technical inputs for proposals.
Maintain and renew company registrations, business licenses, and pre-qualification statuses with government bodies, corporate clients, and vendor portals.
Ensure strict compliance with procurement guidelines, statutory regulations, and strict deadlines to eliminate any risk of bid disqualification.
Track and report the status of submitted bids, representing the company at public tender openings, site visits, or pre-bid clarification meetings when necessary.
Maintain an organized digital archive of all past submissions, standardized templates, clarification letters, and company credentials for rapid future retrieval.
