Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or In any field of study.
Experience: 0-2 years experience in marketing communication

Location: Addis Ababa
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and office support
Prepare, draft, and manage documents and correspondence in English
Assist with coordination of daily office activities
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Maintain records and filing systems
Support management with assigned tasks
Strong communication and organizational with customer
Promote and sell company products and technical solutions to customers in Addis Ababa
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers
Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely order processing and delivery
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to meet customer requirements
Search, identify, and analyze tender opportunities from different sources
Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents on time
Skill
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) – mandatory
Chines language skill is an added advantage
Good computer skills (MS, Word, Excel, Email)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong technical and sales skills
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
Ability to speak the local language
Willing to travel within Addis Ababa and nearby sites
