Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or In any field of study.

Experience: 0-2 years experience in marketing communication

Location: Addis Ababa

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and office support

  • Prepare, draft, and manage documents and correspondence in English

  • Assist with coordination of daily office activities

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally

  • Maintain records and filing systems

  • Support management with assigned tasks

  • Strong communication and organizational with customer

  • Promote and sell company products and technical solutions to customers in Addis Ababa

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations

  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers

  • Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely order processing and delivery

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports

  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to meet customer requirements

  • Search, identify, and analyze tender opportunities from different sources

  • Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents on time   

Skill

  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) – mandatory

  • Chines language skill is an added advantage

  • Good computer skills (MS, Word, Excel, Email)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Strong technical and sales skills

  • Good interpersonal and customer handling skills

  • Ability to speak the local language

  • Willing to travel within Addis Ababa and nearby sites
