Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field of study.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in bid/tender preparation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare EOI (Expression of Interest), RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and tender documents.
Analyze Terms of Reference (TOR) and client requirements.
Develop technical proposals including methodology, work plans, staffing, and schedules.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity), cost estimates, and financial proposals.
Review drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and industry standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, hydraulic engineers, etc.).
Compile, review, and submit complete bid documents (both soft and hard copies).
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all bids and proposals.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in tender preparation and proposal writing.
Good knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions.
Proficiency in MS Excel (BOQ preparation and cost analysis), MS Word, and AutoCAD.
Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
