Main Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Sales and marketing director, the Vehicle tender officer is responsible Manage the end-to-end tendering process to secure a fleet sales of JAC and Suzuki vehicle in addition to preparing, reviewing and submitting tender documents.
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor tender portals, industry publications and client notifications to identify relevant RFIs/RFPs/RFQs/tenders.
Assess tender opportunities for commercial/technical fit and prepare go/no-go recommendations.
Coordinate preparation of bid responses: compile technical, commercial and legal inputs; ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with tender documentation.
Draft and format tender documents, proposals, and supporting schedules (pricing, timelines, compliance matrices).
Liaise with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, finance, operations, technical teams, senior management) to obtain inputs, approvals, and signatures.
Manage submission process (electronic and/or physical), meeting deadlines and procedural requirements.
Maintain version control, records and a central repository of tender documents and correspondence.
Conduct post-submission follow-up, clarification responses, and participate in bid presentations/negotiations as required.
Support contract award process: prepare award documentation, assist with contract reviews, and handover to contract managers.
Track tender performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, confidentiality and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
From recognized university/collage first degree in Management/Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing Management/ Business Leadership/ Marketing and Sales Management/ Automotive Technology/ Automotive Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field of study and 2/1 years/year related work experience
