Duties and Responsibilities

• Tender Sourcing: Search daily for new tenders from government institutions, NGO, and other private/corporate organizations.

• Document Review: Review tender documents, requirements, specifications, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

• Proposal Preparation: Prepare technical documents, financial and technical proposals, ensuring all specifications match catalogs and models.

• Administrative & Compliance Management: Compile financial, administrative, and supporting documents required for tender submissions.

• Submission: Ensure approved tenders are completed, accurately prepared, and submitted before the specified deadline.

• Company & Portfolio Management: Register the company with government and private clients, maintain certificates, past project profiles, and draft/edit high-quality technical and financial bid documents.
