Job Requirement

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering  or related field with relevant work experience.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in tender  

Quantity Required: 1

Salary: 74051.72 ETB Gross salary

Language: Amharic is mandatory and knowledge of other language is advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Track and qualify tenders from EPSS, regional health bureaus, universities, NGOs and 

  private groups 

• Lead bid preparation technical specification response, pricing strategy, bid bonds and 

  compliance documentation 

• Coordinate with principals and manufacturers on pricing support and technical 

  clarification 

• Manage post-award contract execution, delivery scheduling and payment follow-up 

• Build and lead the tender team and maintain the tender performance dashboard

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian public procurement practice and regulatory 

  documentation (EFDA, ETA) 

• Excellent technical writing and negotiation skills
