Duties & Responsibilities: -

  • Research and identify potential tender opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.

  • Monitor tender portals, industry publications, and client relationships to stay informed about upcoming tenders.

  • Analyze tender documents to understand the specific requirements and evaluation criteria.

  • Develop checklist for all tenders and share with team members.

  • Develop comprehensive tender responses, including technical proposals, financial bids, and compliance documents.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of tendering processes and Ethiopian tender market insights

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
