SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) is the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to enter an agreement with a qualified, experienced, and competent Individual Consultants to Conduct a Case Study for the LEGO Foundation Childhood Development Activity (CDA) – Amhara Region.

Guidance on submission of Proposals: 
The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:  Technical document: Interested applicants should submit their technical document in a soft copy by clearly mentioning the title in the subject of the study ‘‘Individual Consultants to 
Conduct a Case Study for the LEGO Foundation Childhood Development Activity (CDA) – Amhara Region.’’, tender reference number (SCI-ET-2026-010) and Consultant Name using an email address ethiopia.bidsubm@savethechildren.org.  No later than COB April 30, 2026. 
Important Notes: 
o This is a sealed inbox; submissions will only be opened after the tender closes.

Financial document: 
• Should be submitted in a sealed envelope by clearly mentioning the bidder’s name, address, tender reference number (SCI-ET-2026-010), and the tender title at the SCI office, Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Meskel Square, next to Marriott Hotel, Sunshine building, 6th floor, Supply chain office. No later than COB April 30, 2026. 
• Bidders must submit their financial proposal using the provided financial proposal template. Financial proposals submitted in any other format will not be considered. 
Submission of a financial document in a soft copy will result in disqualification
