The TikTok Live Sales Host is responsible for driving daily product sales through structured, high-conversion live sessions. The role focuses on engaging viewers, presenting bundled grocery offers, handling objections, and directing customers to call or order immediately.
The host is measured strictly by sales performance, conversion rate, and audience growth.

Base Salary: 10,000–15,000 ETB
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with relevant work experience.
Experience: 0 years
Strong verbal communication skills (Amharic required)
Confident camera presence
Sales-driven mindset
Ability to handle objections calmly
Basic understanding of grocery products and pricing
Smartphone proficiency and TikTok platform knowledge
Prior live selling experience preferred.
Compensation Structure (Recommended Model)
Key Responsibilities:
Live Sales Execution
- Conduct 2 live sessions per day (4hr each)
- Present pre-approved product bundles
- Communicate pricing, promotions, and urgency clearly
- Repeatedly drive call-to-action during live sessionsAudience Engagement
- Maintain active viewer interaction
- Answer product-related questions confidently
- Build trust through transparency and consistency
- Encourage repeat buyers and referralsSales Optimization

- Promote limited-time offers

KPIs (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 20 confirmed orders per live session (after 60-day ramp-up)
Viewer-to-order conversion rate target: 3–5%
Consistent daily live attendance
Product sell-through performance
Failure to meet KPI for 2 consecutive months triggers performance review.
