Boston Partners P.L.C. (Kuriftu Resorts) is a leading hospitality and leisure company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Operator to join our team and support our growing tourism and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and coordinate tour packages and travel itineraries.

• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other service partners.

• Promote and sell tour packages to corporate and individual clients.

• Handle bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries.

• Ensure smooth tour operations and high customer satisfaction.

• Prepare tour costing, quotations, and contracts.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

Qualifications & Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in tour operations or the travel industry.

• Strong knowledge of local and international tourism markets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.

• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
