About the Role

TME Leadership & Management Institution is seeking a Training & Curriculum Specialist to support the development of professional leadership, management, project management, and workforce development training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structured training materials and curricula

• Create participant manuals and learning guides

• Standardize training content and delivery methods

• Support the development of online learning programs

• Contribute to certification and workshop frameworks

• Align curriculum with organizational mission and objectives

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development

• Strong writing, content development, and organizational skills

• Experience designing and delivering professional training programs

• Ability to translate concepts into structured learning content

• Familiarity with leadership or workforce development training (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies

• Experience with eLearning platforms

• Workshop facilitation skills

• Background in leadership development training
