Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Training Manager.  

Job Requirements

Required qualifications:

• BA degree in management, business Administration, hotel management and related fields.

• Minimum of five years’ work experience as a Training Manager in four- or five-star hotels.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Competencies required:

• Efficient communicator and highly or ganised

• Attention to detail and a self-starter

• Able to work under pressure

• Reliable and can meet deadlines

• Good team player

• Ability to work with minimum supervision 

• Working with others

• Positive and energetic
