Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management , Business Administration or in a related field of study.
Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years only on Transportation, Logistics Company.
Strong leadership and proven track record in developing sales strategies and leading teams.
Experience working with Local and Djibouti shipments

Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate transport operations to meet customer and sales requirements
Support the sales team with transport pricing, quotations, and service planning
Liaise with clients to confirm transport schedules, routes, and delivery timelines
Monitor daily transport activities to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Track sales performance, transport costs, and operational efficiency
Prepare sales and operational reports for management
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of clients, deliveries, and invoices
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and increase revenue
Skills & Competencies
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of transport pricing, routing, and scheduling
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and transport/sales management systems
Computer skill ( Microsoft office Professional level)
