Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management , Business Administration or in a related field of study.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years only on Transportation, Logistics Company.

  • Strong leadership and proven track record in developing sales strategies and leading teams.

  • Experience working with Local and Djibouti shipments

Place of work: Addis Ababa (Kality Maseltegna)

Collateral: All employee are required to submit effective/valid collateral

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transport operations to meet customer and sales requirements

  • Support the sales team with transport pricing, quotations, and service planning

  • Liaise with clients to confirm transport schedules, routes, and delivery timelines

  • Monitor daily transport activities to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met

  • Track sales performance, transport costs, and operational efficiency

  • Prepare sales and operational reports for management

  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly

  • Maintain accurate records of clients, deliveries, and invoices

  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and increase revenue

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Good understanding of transport pricing, routing, and scheduling

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in MS Office and transport/sales management systems

  • Computer skill ( Microsoft office Professional level)
