Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers; communicate regularly to understand their transportation needs.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.

• Negotiate competitive rates and services with customers and carriers to ensure company profitability

• Analyze market trends and customer data to support decisions on pricing and services.

• Manage the transportation process end-to-end, including scheduling, booking, and shipment tracking.

• Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports.

• Continuously enhance sales skills and industry knowledge through training and professional development.

Job Requirement:

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in transportation sales or related industries.

• Solid understanding of the transportation and logistics sector.

• Computer skill: Microsoft office Professional level
