Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate the transport sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and transport service contracts.

• Develop strategies to increase market share in logistics and transport services.

• Manage relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service quality and delivery timelines.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Prepare periodic sales performance reports and forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

Job Requirement:

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transport/logistics sector.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of the logistics and transport industry in Ethiopia.

• Good command of English and Amharic (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Computer skill Microsoft office Professional level
