We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Transport Supervisor to oversee our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, safe, and efficient movement of goods while managing the transport team and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily transport operations.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.

• Ensure compliance with transport safety and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules.

• Prepare transport reports and maintain accurate records.

• Implement cost-control measures and process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards.
