Job Summary

Pave Logistics and Trading is looking for a qualified and motivated Transport Operation Officer to manage and coordinate daily transport operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient vehicle dispatching, timely delivery performance, proper documentation, and smooth communication between drivers, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transport operations and dispatch activities

• Ensure timely movement of goods and efficient fleet utilization

• Prepare transport schedules and assign vehicles/drivers based on operational needs

• Monitor driver performance, route compliance, and delivery timelines

• Manage fuel consumption records, trip reports, and vehicle movement logs

• Ensure all transport documents are prepared and properly maintained

• Coordinate with maintenance team for vehicle servicing and breakdown handling

• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and operational issues

• Ensure compliance with company transport policies and safety standards

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport operation reports

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in transport operations, logistics, or fleet management

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong knowledge of fleet operations and transport coordination

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, reporting tools)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics/transport company

• Knowledge of route planning and dispatch systems

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
