Job Summary

Main Duties

• Operate and control the machine safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with site engineers, batching plant team, and site casting teams during concrete works.
• Monitor machine performance and report technical issues immediately.
• Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of the equipment.
• Ensure safe operation during high-rise concrete casting activities.

Job Requirement

• Education:
  • 10^thGrade Complete with Heavy Truck Driving License.
  • TVET/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field is advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years direct experience operating Elephant Machines in high-rise building projects.

General Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with heavily tight schedule & flexible working hours and shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and company procedures.

Skills Required 

• Good understanding of construction site safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
