• እንደ ሜዲኬር፣ ቡድን እና ሸማች ካሉ የተለያዩ ክፍሎች ጋር ለተያያዙ ጥያቄዎች ምላሽ በመስጠት እንደ ሁለንተናዊ አገልግሎት ጠበቃ ሆኖ ማገልገል፣ ብዙ የውስጥ ስርዓቶችን ማካተት።

• የታካሚ ወይም የደንበኛ መረጃ፣ የአገልግሎት ጥያቄዎች እና የክሊኒካዊ አገልግሎት ዝርዝሮችን ማግኘት እና ማረጋገጥ።

• ለንግድ ሥራ መስፈርቶች እንደ ርዕሰ ጉዳይ ባለሙያ ሆኖ መሥራት ፣ ለአውቶሜሽን ልማት እና ፕሮጄክቶች አስተዋፅኦ ማድረግ።

• የት/ት ደርጃ: የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ በኢንፎርሜሽን ቴክኖሎጂ፣ በኮምፒውተር ሳይንስ፣ በኤሌክትሪካል ምህንድስና፣ በሶፍትዌር ኢንጂነሪንግ፣ በኢንፎርሜሽን ሳይንስ፣ በኢንፎርሜሽን ሲስተም ሃርድዌር እና ኔትወርክ አገልግሎት፣ በኮምፒውተር ምህንድስና ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች
