Role Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user interface design and user experience. As a UI/UX Designer at Minab IT Solutions, you will work closely with our development and marketing teams to design and enhance the user experience of our software products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and developers

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

• designing graphic elements and building navigation components

• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or in a related field of study

• Experience: Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

• Portfolio of design projects

• Expertise in standard UI/UX software such as Figma, Adobe XD, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand

• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision

• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients

• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism

Competencies:

• Creating wireframes, low- or high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, or user flows

• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Great sense of design, good understanding of fonts, colors, and layouts
