Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Auto Body Man to join our garage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and maintaining vehicle bodywork following accidents, dents, scratches, and other forms of damage.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Auto mechanics or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Auto Body Man.

• Experience repairing accident-damaged vehicles.

Location: Megenagna, Behind AMCE garage Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess the extent of body damage.

• Repair and straighten damaged vehicle body panels and frames.

• Remove and replace damaged body parts when necessary.

• Perform dent removal, panel beating, welding, and body alignment.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting and finishing.

• Ensure proper fitting and alignment of doors, bumpers, fenders, hoods, and other body components.

• Use body repair tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Work according to safety and quality standards.

• Ensure completed repairs meet professional standards and customer expectations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong practical knowledge of vehicle body repair and restoration.

• Ability to work with different vehicle models.

• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
