Shirshir Business Group PLC is seeking to hire a Videographer and Video Editor who has the skills of capturing footage and transforming it into a polished final product. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Filming: Capturing high-quality video footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. 

• Location Scouting: Identifying and preparing suitable locations for filming. 

• Equipment Management: Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and in working order. 

• Collaboration: Working with all team members to achieve the desired visual outcome. 

• Creative Vision: Contributing to the overall creative vision of the Company. 

• Technical Proficiency: Understanding camera settings, lighting techniques, and audio recording. 

• Assembling and editing raw footage using video editing software. 

• Storytelling: Arranging footage to create a compelling narrative.

• Visual Enhancement: Adding effects, graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance the video. 

• Color Correction and Grading: Adjusting the visual look and feel of the footage. 

• Format Conversion: Preparing videos for various platforms and devices. 

• Quality Control: Ensuring the final product meets the required standards. 

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible hours. Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-moving environment and attention to details and critical thinking.

• Keep Up-to-Date with the latest video editing techniques, industry trends, and digital media best practices.

• Able to balance and meet deadlines for different projects;

• Ensure that final products can be uploaded to various platforms;

Requirement Skill

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). 

• Creativity and Storytelling: Ability to develop and execute creative concepts. 

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to editing and post-production. 

• Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication with team members and clients. 

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions. 

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma In Cinematography, Photography, or other related fields.

• Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the area of Cinematography: specifically camera shooting and Video editing.
