Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests in a fine dining environment

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain dishes, ingredients, and specials confidently

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar

• Serve food and beverages following fine dining service standards (sequence, etiquette, presentation)

• Ensure tables are set, clean, and properly arranged before and during service

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and promotions

• Handle bills, payments, and POS transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

Job Requirements

Education level - certificate and above in tourism or hospitality 

Experience- 0 and above years of experience in a fine dining
