Majar Two Import and Export Private Limited Company (soon to be named Dawaa Pharmacuetical Manufacturing Company), a public-private company organized under the law of Federal democratic Republic of Ethiopia with its principal office located at Addis Ababa, Akaki Kality Sub city, Woreda 07.

Position Summary: 

Manage and optimize warehouse and logistics operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in line with GMP, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse activities: receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and GMP-compliant conditions.

• Ensure strong inventory control: FEFO/FIFO, ERP/WMS records, stock counts, and batch/expiry tracking.

• Plan and coordinate logistics and distribution, including delivery schedules and 3PL support (as applicable).

• Maintain material handling safety and compliance with EHS/transport requirements.

Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager or Director of Operation

Place of Work is Finfinnee/Addis Ababa with possible travel to project site or facilities

Job Requirements

Educational Background: 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 

• 3–6 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management in pharmaceutical, chemical, or FMCG industries.

Skills: 

• Communication skill, organization & time management skill, analytical skill,  decision-making skill and problem-solving skill. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
