A Warehouse Manager is a pivotal figure in the supply chain, responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of a warehouse or distribution center. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, dispatching, and organizing of media equipment and materials

• Supervise warehouse staff, including training, task delegation, and performance management

• Maintain accurate inventory tracking using manual or digital systems

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to align warehouse activity with event timelines

• Monitor stock levels, equipment condition, and schedule regular maintenance

• Analyze and improve warehouse layout, workflow, and logistics processes

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety regulations

Job Requirement:

• Educational: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (experience in the media or event industry is a plus).
