Responsible for the warehousing, acceptance, registration, storage, issuance and exit of supplies, materials and equipment, ensuring that accounts, cards and items are consistent.
Responsible for checking the name, specifications, quantity, quality and other information of the incoming materials, and reporting problems promptly for processing.
Responsible for handling the entry and exit procedures according to regulations, and doing a good job in document review, registration and archiving management.
Responsible for classifying and storing warehouse materials, clearly labeling them, placing them neatly, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
Responsible for regular inventory inventory, timely grasp of inventory quantity, usage and shortage of materials, so as to ensure that the accounts are consistent with the actual situation.
Responsible for the registration, organization and storage of inventory ledgers, reports and related data to ensure that the data is true, accurate and complete.
Responsible for the key management of flammable, moisture-prone, fragile and valuable materials, and implement fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, loss prevention and other measures.
Responsible for warehouse safety management, inspecting fire-fighting equipment, electrical facilities and warehouse environment, and promptly rectifying or reporting hidden dangers if found.
Responsible for timely and accurate distribution of materials according to construction or production needs to ensure on-site use needs.
Responsible for registering and reporting returned, scrapped, and overstocked materials, and cooperating with material disposal.
Responsible for communicating with procurement, construction, finance and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials and standardized procedures.
