Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or with related field of study
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Salary Structure Breakdown:
Gross Base Salary: 24,230.77 ETB (Calculated from a Net Base Salary of 15,000.00 ETB)
Transport Allowance: 1,500.00 ETB (Fully non-taxable as it falls below 15% of the gross base salary)
Performance Bonus: 3,000.00 ETB (Net)
Attendance Bonus: 500.00 ETB (Net)
Employment Type: Contract with a probation period of2 Month with same salary
Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory & Material Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, dispatch, and stock-taking of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
Production Coordination: Coordinate closely with the production scheduling team to ensure timely and accurate material supply, minimizing production downtime caused by material shortages.
Warehouse Layout & 6S Management: Plan and optimize warehouse space and layout; implement and maintain 6S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized storage environment.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety and fire prevention regulations; conduct regular inspections for moisture, theft, and damage prevention to guarantee the safety of personnel, goods, and equipment.
Team Leadership & Performance: Manage daily operations of the warehouse team, conduct operational training, and evaluate staff performance to continuously improve efficiency and service quality.
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Strong understanding of modern logistics and warehousing workflows, inventory control, stock-taking procedures, and 6S methodologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of principle, highly stress-resistant, and a collaborative team player.
