Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, issuing goods)

• Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy

• Implement and monitor FIFO / FEFO systems

• Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, hygiene, safety)

• Supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and finance departments

• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation

• Ensure proper documentation (GRN, SIV, bin cards, reports)

• Prevent stock loss, damage, or expiry

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (ISO 22000)

• Prepare warehouse reports (stock status, movement, variance)

Job Requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management

• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures

• Experience in food or FMCG industry is an advantage

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory systems)

• High level of integrity and attention to detail
