We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse. The role ensures efficient receiving, storing, and issuing of spare parts and accessories, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a safe working environment.

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining inventory control, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and dispatch processes. The position holder also enforces proper handling methods to minimize damage, ensures compliance with fire and safety regulations, and supports management through accurate reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.

  • Verify shipments using Goods Received Notices and delivery documents.

  • Ensure accurate binning of items in designated locations as per case binning lists.

  • Supervise picking of parts for counter sales, workshop, and inter-branch transfers.

  • Ensure dispatches and releases are promptly and correctly executed.

  • Manage packing, moving, and retrieval of stock efficiently.

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, shipping activities, and productivity metrics.

  • Identify and report discrepancies; raise Parts Shipment Discrepancy Notices (PSDN).

  • Coordinate with finance/audit teams during stock audits.

  • Maintain accurate system records of locations, quantities, and associated data.

  • Ensure proper utilization and safe operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.

  • Keep the warehouse clean, dust-free, and litter-free at all times.

  • Enforce security protocols: access points closed unless in use, no unaccompanied personnel.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire regulations, and proper storage of hazardous materials.

  • Supervise, lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.

  • Act as custodian of warehouse keys.

  • Troubleshoot and investigate invoice-related issues when required.

  • Share daily delivery reports with sales team and management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the spare parts/automotive industry or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Strong experience with warehouse management systems.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
