Job Summary

Plan, Manage, control all the project recourse financial management (budget & budgetary control, fund flow, disbursement, accounting record, internal control, reporting and auditing) in comply with the Project Financial Management Manual.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or with related field of study

• Experience:  A minimum of four years of experience in accounting /financing and budgeting, fund management activities, preferably in donor funded projects

• Quantity Required: 1

• Project: Phase II Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (LLRP-II)

• Duty Stations: Project Districts (Woreda)

• Terms of Contract: One year contract subjected to renewal based on performance.

• Salary: - As per the scale of the projects
