Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating workshop logistics: scheduling, setup of technical equipment (audio, computers, online platforms), registration management, and communication with hosts and facilitators.

• Ensuring workshop materials are printed, shipped, and available.

• Managing workshop databases, records, and reporting.

• Supporting health, safety, and operational functions within physical workshop spaces.

• Supervising workshop operations staff or volunteers.

Job Requirements:

• Education: MSc/BSc in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: 4 years
