The Principal International Banking Business Officer, coordinates and supervises the work of Senior International Banking Officers to ensure the effective implementation of the Bank's foreign currency (FCY) mobilization and international banking strategies. The role reviews and consolidates business analyses, customer acquisition initiatives, branch support activities, FCY product improvements, and performance reports before submission to the International Business Manager. The principal also supports branch performance, strengthens relationships with key FCY customers and stakeholders, promotes business development, and ensures compliance with the bank's policies and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

Education Requirements 

BSC, BA in Economics, Management, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field of study.  

Experience Requirement 

7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, of which 2 years are in senior international banking business officer or equivalent position
